This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through our website are processed and delivered.

Pre-Order Processing

All RageSage books currently available on the website are sold as pre-order items. Orders placed during the preorder period help determine the quantity for the first print run.

Pre-order items will be processed and shipped once printing and production are completed. Customers will be notified via email when their orders are ready for dispatch.

Please note that since these are preorder products, shipping will not occur immediately after purchase.

Shipping Locations

At present, RageSage orders are shipped within India only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, updates will be provided on our website.

Order Dispatch

Once the books are printed and ready for shipment, orders will be dispatched using a reliable courier or logistics partner.

After dispatch, customers will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details, allowing them to track their shipment.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Estimated delivery times within India typically range between 3 to 10 business days.

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • weather conditions
  • regional logistics disruptions

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order.

RageSage will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, RageSage cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the package has been handed over to the courier.

If a shipment appears delayed or lost, customers may contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier service to resolve the issue.
