Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for supporting RageSage.

All products listed on this website are currently sold as pre-order items and are printed in limited quantities based on preorder demand. By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this policy.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales made through this website are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Due to the limited print nature of preorder products, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a customer receives a product that is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, they may request a replacement subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a replacement request, the customer must contact us at ragesageuniverse@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide the following:

  • The order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • A video showing the condition of the product and its packaging

The submitted information will be reviewed by our team to determine whether the product qualifies for replacement.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement copy of the product, subject to availability.

Replacement Conditions

  • Only replacement of the damaged product will be provided.

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  • Replacement requests submitted without sufficient photo or video evidence may be rejected.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

All replacement requests will be reviewed by our team based on the evidence provided. If the damage is confirmed, a replacement copy will be issued subject to product availability.
